Secaucus, NJ…When Kosherfest 2022 opens at the Meadowlands Convention Center on Tuesday November 8th, there will be a great deal of new and innovative exhibits and events. Almost half of the exhibitors are exhibiting for the first time, adding a new dimension to the industry that goes beyond some of the long-standing established brands. There will be many important VIP buyers from all over the country that are visiting for the first time. Some will be part of a tour of a large independent kosher supermarket in Pomona and a visit to the Bayonne NJ headquarters and warehouse of Kayco (Kedem), one of the leaders of the kosher food industry. In another first, this year’s New Product Competition will take place at the show itself. The deadline for submission was moved to Friday, November 4th.
The competition this year will be hosted by Apron Masters Kitchen, a family-oriented cooking school located in Woodmere, NY. Owners Roee Mordechai and Sharona Furman said they were “thrilled to be hosting this major event for the kosher food industry.
In other major changes at the 2022 show (November 8-9), a new networking opportunity will take place on November 8th with a Happy Hour with a selection of kosher cocktails. This year’s Kosherfest (November 8-9) will feature nearly 200 companies and 4000 visitors in a dramatic return to the show’s prominence in the pre-Covid days.
