Secaucus, NJ…Creativity will be a major theme at this year’s Kosherfest, November 8-9 at the Meadowlands Convention Center as some of the major kosher brands join with emerging brands to highlight their new and innovative products. Continuing the trend of producing more healthful and convenient foods, this year’s event will include many plant-based products. Amongst the major kosher brands in attendance will be Agri-Star, Alle Processing, Setton International, Beigel’s, Elegant Desserts, Flaums Appetizing, David Elliot Poultry Farms, Exotic Sauces and Anderson International. Major distributors that will be participating include Dependable Foods. There will be much innovation at the show itself including many special events and seminars.
This year’s New Product Competition (details to be forthcoming) will be hosted by the Apron Masters Kitchen in Woodmere, New York. Apron Masters Kitchen (AMK) is a high-end, home-style kitchen complete with a group cooking space and formal dining room where guests can enjoy communal meals. Apron Masters Kitchen is the brainchild of partners Roee Mordechai and Sharona Furman. In addition, Kosherfest will include an ongoing kitchen for demonstrations, including several from kosher cookbook authors. A special Passover set will be available for buyers looking for the latest Passover arrangements.
