Driving Down I-95? Now there’s a Kosher Restaurant on the “First Coast”

Jacksonville, FL – For the many travelers who drive from the East Coast to Florida, there is a new kosher welcome mat from Beth Beyer. She opened a new kosher restaurant just 30 minutes from the border of Georgia and Florida and the first stop off the I-95. Called Heros Eatery, it is open all week from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m, and on Fridays to 3. The restaurant offers New York deli sandwiches as well as Middle Eastern cuisine. Those savoring a good deli sandwich will be happy to find quality pastrami and for those who covet great tasting shawarma, the taste in Jacksonville will not disappoint.

I live in Jacksonville and have been fortunate enough to sample the excellent food and service at Hero’s. If you are nearby, be sure to give it a try!

I’ve eaten at Hero’s at least 6 times in the past 7 weeks when i’ve been in jax visiting my mom. It’s been wonderful every time and we all especially loved the juicy hamburgers, wings, tuna salad and shwarma.

The staff is very friendly and I need to give a special shout out to Sarita:)

It’s so great being able to visit Jax from Atlanta and not have to bring food for the whole visit..and be able to eat out and take a break from cooking!

All the best to Beth and everyone involved.
