Carefully crafted by their culinary specialists with over 40 years of combined experience, their first product is called Rabbi Rub, which is their simple, yet unique, spice blend. “The vision was to harmoniously mix six simple ingredients in a perfect balance of sweet and salty, savory and spice to create a flavor profile that compliments a broad spectrum of culinary possibilities.” It was designed as a traditional dry rub to be used on a variety of meats, poultry, and seafood when smoking and grilling. Rabbi Rub can also be sparingly sprinkled over roasted root vegetables for a versatile side to accompany any entree.
