Bayonne NJ – Preparations went into high gear for the 13th Annual Kosher Food & Wine Experience, sponsored by Royal Wines/Kedem. The Kosher Food & Wine Experience began in 2006 as an intimate wine-tasting event for a handful of guests. It quickly exploded by popular demand and grows every year in terms of attendance, exhibitors, venues, and sheer variety of products on offer. Today’s KFWE spans from New York and Miami to Los Angeles and London. In New York alone last year, KFWE showcased over 500 wines and spirits attracting more than 2500 industry professionals, consumers, and press.
Josh Greenstein, head of the Israeli Wine Producers Association (IWPA), says, “While Israel has been making wines for over 4,000 years, it’s only been in the last 10 years or so that they’ve started to become more mainstream.”
