New York…Kosher consumers are inundated with recipes and meal ideas these days. Almost every magazine targeting kosher consumers features a weekly special section with a plethora of recipes. There is, of course, endless recipes on sites like kosher.com and other platforms on the Internet. But now it seems that some kosher food brands are transforming their advertisement into recipe advices, as Norman’s did prior to the holiday of Shavuos with a creamy spinach and mushroom quiche recipe. Marketing experts have long argued that ads that direct customers on how to best use their products do significantly better than ads that simply show a visual of the product.
