Winners of New Product Competition Reap Benefit with Increased Exposure and Sales

NEW YORK — As in past years, a key highlight of the annual Kosherfest show is its New Product Competition which this year will take place on October 30th.

Winners of the New Product Competition in the various categories have benefitted in many ways from the awards, most notably gaining instant recognition for new products and enjoying stellar sales within a short period of time. Products must be submitted via the online entry form by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, October 22, 2014.  Products for the judging must arrive and be in Kosherfest’s possession no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, October 24, 2014, one week after the end of the Jewish holidays.

Awards are given in these categories:

Wines, Beer or Spirits

Meats, Seafood or Poultry

Frozen Entrees (Pizza, TV Dinners, etc.)

Cheese or Dairy

Deli Meats

Pastas, Rice, Beans or Soups

Breads, Grains, Cereals and Crackers

Jams and Preserves

Dips, Spreads and Salsa

Savory & Salty Snack Foods

Savory Condiments, Spices, Sauces, Oils, Vinegars, Dressings and Marinades

Desserts, Baked Goods, and Sweet Snacks

Giftware & Novelties


Kosher for Passover (mock ups/prototypes are allowed for this category only).

The winners will be published in Kosher Today on November 3rd.
