New Wines Don’t Necessarily Need a Season

Bayonne NJ - One of the signs that sales of kosher wines have risen to new heights is that new wines are not necessarily launched during holiday time. An estimated $50 million in kosher wines is sold in the US and a significant portion during the holidays. The Royal Wine Co. recently released several new wines including the following:  Capcanes Dolce Sweet Red Wine, a dessert wine from the acclaimed Capçanes winery in Spain (“slightly lighter than port and flavorful, a perfect match with chocolate brownies); Covenant Israel’s new full-flavored Syrah from the Golan Heights (great with a herb-crusted lamb shoulder roast); Elvi Vina Encina with 3 wines: a rosé, a white and a red wine that offer delightful Spanish style (perfect for  weekday meals and joyful occasions); Pavillon de Leoville Poyferre ’14, a refined, sophisticated and elegant Bordeaux (highlight of any meal); Shiloh Mosaic Exclusive Edition with an “explosion of aromas and flavors).
