New Olives and Lemons from Casablanca Foods

They are authentic handpicked and a staple ingredient in Moroccan cuisine.  The Preserved Lemons are naturally cured in sea salt. The pulp and rind are essential to tagines and salads. They complement any dish that benefit from a lemony taste. These lemons faithfully reflect Morocco’s unique culinary history. The Moroccan Dry Cured Black Olives are handpicked at peak ripeness, naturally cured in sea salt and then lightly coated in olive oil.
