Portland ME - With two months to go, the 27th edition of Kosherfest is nearly a sell-out with as many as 30 new exhibitors. The show is scheduled to take place November 10-11 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus NJ. A few isolated booths remain in a show that continues to expand its exhibits from many countries overseas. In one area of the show, such countries as Israel, Italy and Argentina are showcasing products from their countries. With Passover falling in late April this year, the show will take on added importance for Passover foods. More than 300 new items are scheduled to be showcased at Kosherfest. “Even if you’ve been attending the show every year for several years there will be much new for you,” said a spokesman for Diversified Communications which coproduces the show with Lubicom Marketing. Registration for representatives from the trade is also in full swing, said the spokesman (www.kosherfest.com).
