Secaucus, NJ…When the doors of the Meadowlands Convention Center open on November 9th, it will mark the return of the world’s best kosher foods and wines event after a year of being shut down due to the Covid-19 pandemic. One exhibitor, Happy Hearts Wine, cannot wait for the show, which in their case was heaven sent since first attending in 2008. Said Ruth Schvarcz, VP of Sales for Happy Hearts Wine, “Kosherfest gave us the opportunity to expose our wines to buyers and consumers from all over the world. We have seen steady growth and success and therefore came back year after year. We are looking forward to exhibiting this coming November at Kosherfest with many new products.”To be sure, there are many wineries that are represented at Kosherfest, but Happy Hearts Wine is neither a vineyard nor a winery. Instead, they “showcase” the best boutique wines from the most venerated Israeli winemakers. Says Schvartz: “For many years, our company was aging to perfection in a wise man’s heart. Or, if you will, in his “barrel” chest.” Then, in 2007, it ripened. Happy Hearts Wine was uncorked. Its sweet notes and tantalizing aromas flowed freely and captured the world’s taste buds. The idea was always quite simple; it just proposed dealing with complex products. Bringing in wines from Israel is an effortless import/export matter. It is the selection and the complexity of their wines that makes their notion a striking one. Wines have been pouring to all corners of the globe ever since. But only the finest boutique liquids make their cut. Only wines of the highest caliber and excellence can gather a seat in their cellars.Happy Hearts wine started exhibiting at Kosherfest in 2008 and it has never looked back. In fact, they are looking forward to yet another great Kosherfest this coming November.
