Secaucus NJ…When the doors open for Kosherfest’s Opening Ceremonies at 8:45 am on November 12th, it will the 31st time that Menachem Lubinsky will be delivering his State of the Kosher Industry address. This year Mr. Lubinsky will focus on the growth of smaller companies who are adding much to the strength and vitality of the kosher food industry as well as Kosherfest’s emergence as a resource for new, healthy and good tasting foods for the entire food industry. The winners of the New Product Competition will receive their awards. Other sessions on the first day will include “Imminent Technology to Move Your Business Forward” with Assad Khoury, and “Just the Food? What is the Role of the Kashrus Agencies?” with Rabbi Sholem Fishbane (Chicago), Rabbi Sholey Klein (Dallas), and Rabbi Moshe Elefant (New York). On Wednesday November 13th, the sessions will include “The State of Kosher Restaurants: What is the Future for the Industry” with Elan Kornblum, the Mashgiach of the Year Award, and the “Myth and Misconception about Dieting” with renowned nutritionist Tania Rosen.
