The new Old City Premium Falafel Mix comes in four fabulous flavors including: Authentic Original, Traditional Sesame, Sun-Dried Tomato, and Chipotle Pepper flavors.

Old City’s new premium frozen falafel mixes are sure to be a hit with consumers. “So far the response has been fantastic,” stated Yaakov Bellinsky, VP Operations/Sales. “There has been a lot of interest and excitement coming not only from distributors and retailers, but consumers as well.”

“We recently introduced the ‘Authentic Original’ variety to a few test markets, and now plan to follow it up with the other three delicious flavors that will be ready for distribution later this summer.”

“There is currently nothing in the market like it. The frozen mixes bring the most authentic and freshest recipes right into the home of the consumer. The consumer has many options to choose from—not only by flavor profile, but also according to their preferred method of preparation. The mix can be formed into balls or patties, and may be fried or baked. The mixes are made using only the freshest all-natural and kosher certified ingredients.
