While most rabbis feel that the now infamous Monsey kosher poultry scandal has resulted in many positive changes, some are not satisfied... An Israeli mega-company that has risen to become one of the largest food producers in the world is still very much a family business... Some companies are going kosher to keep their clients happy, in this case the supermarkets... Kosher bread no longer refers to just rye and pumpernickel, but to tortillas and pita. We've got the surprising news... Kosher travelers will be shelling out more for the same programs that they may have enjoyed during last year's holidays, but so will people staying at home... In Duly Noted, we return to our story of a new kosher beer in Germany, which now it turns out might be controversial...
