In case you still can't believe it, Passover is around the corner and we've got the annual survey. Bottom line: more innovation, more good wines and less duplication... On the day of a tragic suicide bombing in Eilat, Israel's most Southern city, there is word that a major authority in Jewish law has ruled that for Passover the city should be treated like being in the Diaspora... Sarah Cohen has an interesting feature on kosher appliances... Has the level of service gone down in some upscale kosher restaurants?...
